We are pleased to announce, that as of February 16, 2026, Kaspars Banders has joined our transfer pricing and tax advisory team. He is well known and highly respected transfer pricing and tax advisory specialist here in Latvia. Kaspars commenced his professional activities 16 years ago by joining PwC Latvia tax team. Subsequently he moved to KPMG Latvia where he was a director leading transfer pricing department.

Throughout his professional carrier he has delivered his expertise to wide range of industries and entities operating in Latvia and beyond (projects exceeding 20+ jurisdictions worldwide).

Kaspars very much enforces our capabilities within transfer pricing and tax advisory spheres focussing not only on compliance projects, but also Advance Pricing Arrangements (APAs), Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs) to avoid double taxation. Kaspars has significant experience also in transfer pricing disputes between clients and tax authorities, representing clients in court, as well as preparing expert opinions.

Kaspars is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) since 2018.
