Merhels assists Merito Management Target Fund II with acquiring control over Adaptive Media

Merhels provided transaction advisory support to Merito Management Target Fund II (“the Fund”) on acquiring controlling interest in fast-growing Latvia based e-commerce company Adaptive Media SIA (“Adaptive Media”). Adaptive Media participates in various affiliate marketing programmes and has global footprint. The Fund is managed by Merito Partners, fast growing Latvia based private equity investor. Within the deal Merhels assisted the Fund with financial and tax due diligence of Adaptive Media.
