It is just 1 minute walk from the firm’s previous office at Citadeles 12 and is located in Centra Nams property. Merhels provided transaction advisory support to ALTUM Capital fund on issue of convertible loan in amount of 7 million euro to OC Vision. OC Vision group is the largest player within vision correction industry in the Baltics. It offers products for various customer segments via use of well-known brands such as Vision Express, Vizionette, OptiO, Dr.Lensor. As part of the transaction, Merhels performed financial and tax due diligence of OC Vision group companies and analysed tax consequences of the proposed transaction structure.
